Hi, Welcome to the FF.

It's a vacuum diaphragm that actuates the idle shut off butterfly valve. The valve should fully open when the ignition as switched on, and fully close when the ignition is switched off. The purpose of the butterfly valve is to stop the engine running on when the engine is switched off.

There should be no oil or water in the black actuator, so the liquid is probably coming from somewhere above it.
.

damn, i was sure it was the valve.
- i'll give a update when i find the problem

It looks like it might be dripping out of the inlet manifold or the crankcase breather where it attaches to the inlet pipes (to catch/burn any oil mist). The diesels seem to collect a fair bit of oil in there.

Check your pipes or tightness.. and if you find a loose one, you could dismantle the throttle body and clean out the oil pool in your manifold.. it'll breathe better.

Sorry for the late response

Can't find ohter then the actuates

If i wiping it, and run a long trip is smothered again, with olie out of the side.

Can they be online insite the vacuum systm?
- and would the car not use oil?

possibly oil massing on the anti shudder valve butterfly plate and running along the spindle and then down that actuator.
you could split the boost pipe at the asv and visually check, if its oily work backwards next easiest is probably pipe from turbo outlet to intercooler, if that's full of oil you may have a turbo oil seal problem.
you could clean it out and see how fast it returns. the intercooler also will need cleaning most likely.
to be sure its not oil breather issue , which could also feed into turbo, and hence come out of turbo so look like leaking turbo seal you could fit a small cheap oil catch can in the breather line.
