Neither High Beam headlight on Gerrard works.

I only just acquired the beast so I dunno any history of this issue.. but I tried new bulbs and no joy. The fuses look okay too, so I suspect it's something fundamental (hopefully simple to fix).

The blue light on the dash comes on (passing light flash and when I select high beam) so I guess the stalk works and the problem isn't in there.

Anything I can check myself? The Auto electrician is a bit busy this time of year and can only book me in in April..
