Hi I would like to upgrade my clutch, does anybody know which one I should go for its a fiat stilo JTD 1.9 115bhp...

I don't remember that much of a problem with the 115hp jtd slipping clutches when mapped or tuning boxed ?
if clutch is worn already and needs replacing then fair enough.
there are this sort of thing
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DriveTorq...631414?hash=item1c5173dab6:g:ZloAAOSwqu9VMTDO

could be standard and painted and sold on?
try contacting these guys direct

theyre not listing one for 8v 115 .

if your getting a remap best ask for a smooth torque curve as its usually the nasty very steep torque spikes that makes clutches slip.
ask for figures what the clutches will hold and stay below it with map.

got mine from Clutch specialists in leeds - fast road clutch for 8v version running 157bhp and lots of torque. The extra torque slipped my 1/3 worn original OEM clutch. see my old thread in "group buys" re anyone in Midlands want a group for re-map, (or something like that). New clutch still fine years later and they are nice people at Clutch specialists

This is the one I will be getting, any idea of what flywheel I should go for solid or dual mass ??

I'll be going for this remap by celtic tuning pushing 163bhp plus my straight through exhaust system and performance air filter fitted should be at least 170bhp with over 300 torque
