Hi I hope you can help. My fuse box is damaged tried to clean and dry as per guide on here but no luck. Found a one on eBay but the part number is different. My car is the 1.9 jtd 03 115bhp 5 door estate. The part on eBay is from a 1.9 jtd 04 3Dr 115bhp. 1St pic is mine 2nd is eBay part all fuses and relays are exctly same. Would this be ok to put in mine.

Hi kimmy2206,

I've just had problems with my '53 plate Abarth's fuse box. I'd say the fuse box you've found on ebay will do the trick just fine.

I hope you get this sorted - update the thread with some feedback regardless of outcome, as I'm sure it will help others in the future.

Cheers
Jeff

Evening

Common dirty fuse box under the bonnet, cover goes missing and gets full of dirt, which gives you problems.

I have taken and stripped cleand and put back together the fuse box on my last 2 Stilo's.

once apart theres 5 layers(cards) with all different connector for normal blade fuses/Maxi fuses/Relays, if you take loads of photos and lay each section out as you take it apart a couple of hours youll be done.

As for buying a 2nd hand one, you want to check the car its from has the same type of spec/year etc, for example the early stilos cooling fan uses an ecu and not 2 relays where the newer 53/04 onwards use 2 relays.
