Hi Everyone I'm new to the forum and new to Fiat. I have a Stilo Estate 1.6 16v and I find the indicator stalk a little frustrating. It won't always engage when indicating left, less than 50% of the time, right is no problem. If I hold it for a couple of seconds indicating left it will stay otherwise not, this can be a little distracting in busy traffic. Anyone any ideas?

I found your idling valve troubleshooting guide a brilliant help yesterday she has stopped stalling and runs much more smoothly.. very appreciated :)

oops sorry about the typo in the title.

Stalk issue is a common FIAT problem. I reckon a new stalk mechanism is probably the only fix...

Not necessarily.............................
Check this is not due to the rubber grommet fouling . You may need to remove the grommet or cut it to allow free movemnet.
Search this forum for more info . before considering fitting the new stalk arrangement (these cost 360£ by the way and are model specific)
