Like the title says, I'm planning to buy a Yatour or Loudlink for my Stilo Dynamic from 2001 with ConnectNav+ console. The Yatour is lots cheaper but all sites say its for Stilo's 2002+. I'm wondering if its a technical limitation or why. And would a Loudlink work correct otherwise? Thanks in advance.

The answer is yes, a Yatour YT-M06 will work on a ConnectNav+ unit from 2001. I didn't have to remove any cables since I could plug it right in the CDC port.

What do you think of it?
I have been looking at buying one but they look like they might be a bit temperamental?

The sound quality is superb compared to my previous FM-transmitter, only issue is that will not connect all the time to the ConnectNav+ correctly which would require some reboots (by pressing 4 times setup).
I also have the default sub woofer in the back which benefits greatly compared to my old transmitter.

Perhaps this is a problem with the CN+. The LoudLink I have fitted to my CN+ also needs a soft reboot sometimes.

Well, on the dutch Stilo forum I read a thread that says the engine needs to start immediately, so no accessory mode first since the power loss when starting won't cause it to stop, but I didn't have any success yet.
I probably need a new battery anyway so I'll let you know once its in but maybe months will pass.
edit: I have CN v9.8 FYI
