My fiancee is struggling with the visteon stereo in the stilo she just purchased! There is a CD constantly playing that will not eject and none of the front buttons work, the only way of using the stereo is via the steering wheel controls.

As the front buttons don't work the stereo will not turn off so we have to let it turn off on it's own 20 mins after the ignition is switched off.

Has anyone come accross this before? Any thoughts or suggestions?

I was going to kill the power to the unit in the hope it will reset (may be a long shot).

I don't have the radio code but the serial number is M099802 if anyone could help with the code it would be muchly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would try reset first. PM/Ask Davren for code. You may need to make a small donation to the forum but cheaper than getting Fiat to find your code.
