My Fiat Stilo came with an 55Ah battery . My question is if a 45Ah battery would cause problems to my car and in general what problems could a lower battery capacity cause.

First of all you have not stated specs on your car.
Petrol, diesel, engine etc

However, if you choose a lower Ah battery you are looking to cause problems. Every fault that you could imagine plus more.

For a Stilo, it is a known fact, the better and bigger battery the better.

It's a Fiat Stilo 1.2 petrol , with lpg. Following your link I got this recommendations:

I would stick with the 55Ah. Don't downgrade. A lot of Stilo problems are caused by weak batteries.
