Christ this cars getting more annoying!!

I'm having a lot of trouble finding a lower engine mount! Called fiat to be told it's an "exhausted" part so they no longer make nor sell them, searching eBay no one can confirm the part they have is compatible with my stilo.. The part number I have is 46781891. Any body have any idea at all where I can buy one as my flexi pipe has gone and is now causing a horrid knocking! I love the car but it's become such a pain in the ass!
