Technical Security failure after key case change HELP

Hi @paullawton2007
There is a transponder chip in the key case. Not sure about the exact details of a Stio key, but normally it's a little "plastic" block about 1/4" long roughly rectangular, slightly tapered. See picture attached.
You need to swap this to the new key case. They normally just clip in. If the new case is brand new it won't have one, if it's used it might have one.

That's handy to know Paul. I was thinking of a new case for my key .Now I know..

How easy is it to program the fob? I thought the battery had gone on mine so replaced it. The led flashes but no joy..reprogramming the fob is next then
