My brother has a 2004 stilo 1.9jtd the hard plastic pipe from airbox to the top of the engine has started to split is there a silicone replace

From the airbox to the top of the engine??? I take it he has the 80bhp version with out the intercooler then??
If this is the case, I'd say perfect time to fit a stock intercooler off a 115bhp version.
