Another issue any ideas on this one

I swapped my front and back tyres to get better treads on the front since doing so I've noticed some weird noises

I think there coming from back passenger side but when I drive at 40-50mph I hear a weird sound a bit like a chirpy whining noise it gets more high pitched the faster you go then when you hit 70 it just stops but when I slow down it sounds like a bit of a quiet rumbling / growling slowing down sound

Both sounds are faint if the radio is on you don't even hear them it's not engine gearbox related as it does it in and out of gear it's definitely movement related

Any ideas?

Cupped tires, or "sawtooth" tread.
(Very) common on fwd cars these days, I'm afraid...

Interesting you say cupped tyres though as the tyres making the noise where on the front and not long ago my front springs snapped so I wonder if that cupped them slightly

It almost always are the rear tires on fwd cars....
Sounds like worn bearings.
Go see a tire specialist and ask them to check for cupped tires, they will know.
