Hi guys and girls my plastic rod which goes to the clutch snapped today about 9pm a lovely bloke from the aa sorted it enough for me to get to a local garage any ideas on costings as by the looks it still had the original one as it does not look like ones I have looked at in euro a parts did they upgrade the part ?

Not sure if they still use plastic (metal would be better). If you do get a plastic replacement make sure there is a lot of silicone grease at the point where it pushes the clutch release lever. Old one maybe broke because of dry articulation here.
