Ultimate Stilo

Hi Guys!

Right a bit of a question for you to ponder over...

If you could build the ultimate stilo...no limits, no practicality issues, money no object...what would you do???

Would it be lambo doors, mad paint, super smooth euro look ar mad Jap look???

Would you add a turbo or a huge V8???

Like I said, the only limit is your imagination!!!

We can compile a bit of a list...on the styling front, we could even enlist the services of one of our many photoshop experts (cough-Koa-cough) to create it for us!

What do you think??? You know you've already thought about it!

Re: Ultimate Stilo

TBH I would concentrate mainly on tuning the engine! Full blueprint( which includes the remap) & a turbo & maybe even a rebore to 2.7lts or something, should be good for around 400bhp. Stylingwise I think I've got that pretty much covered already. I've almost got my bumper done just need the novitec front splitter & to finish off my grille! The only other things I'd want are lambo doors & some rear light masks which just leaves the rear bumper to smooth & mesh. All in all I think the stilo looks pretty good as it is just a few personal enhancements! & all of this would be to thoroughly annoy serin!

Hmmmmm.................

Custom fibreglass shell (3 door) with hinged/removable front and rear ends (a la Stratos, RS200), carbon fibre bonnet and boot, steel doors to take electric windows, speakers etc.
Titanium front & rear subframes
Supercharged 2.4 Abarth engines, fully worked heads, 4 wheel drive, beefed up transmissions, fully lightened/balanced, the works, running on LPG, just to be different.
Twin engine setup
Titanium, krypton filled coilovers. 6 pot brakes with in car adjustable bias, alloy callipers.
Standard looking as possible outside - sleeper look. I like the claw alloys.

Interior - front recliners with harnesses, full roll cage, trimmed in leather, Wilton carpets, high quality (expensive) audio gear.

A mortgage to insure and run it

Ideal for both road and track day use

Re: Ultimate Stilo

rear wheel drive conversion.

its an italian car so screw the V8..lets just jumped to a nice V12 turbo / supercharger.

Euro look. Massive deep dish rims smooth on all sides but with a front bumper that says get the hell out of my way now when you see it in the rear view.

Good point...here we go

Keep the Italian flare with a Ferrari V10 (love that noise!) but with dodge viper style side exit exhausts. Hydraulic suspension for show and getting it low! Super smooth, minimalist body work, lambmo doors all painted in Candy paint. Ceramic brakes covered by Euro style deep dish wheels with slightly flaired archs (golf mk4 style). All this topped of with a cream leather and grey alcantara interior and full miltimedia install.

What do you reckon??? or

Eh? Do you mean an F1 engine? The only italian V10 I know of is the lambo gallardo & that's an audi engine. I suppose if I was going to go the whole hog I'd have a common crank made & stick 2 abarth engines together!

Re: Ultimate Stilo

Sounds great, but a straight 10 would be a bit of a long engine!

Why not an F1 engine??? this is the utimate...must admit I thought the enzo was a V10

Wouldn't 2x2.4s be a bit too heavey, would ruin the handling???

Edit http://www.web-cars.com/enzo/motor.html You're right (thought you might be) I thought as the enzo was developed so closely with F1 that it was the obvious choice...apparently not, lol
