Hello, firstly, sorry for my english, it's not very well :) I got some problems with fiat stilo 2003 years 1.9 jtd heater. Half of the car heating is normal (in a passenger side), but in a driver side heater blow cold air. I heard it can be heaters valve problem, how i can approach it? should I remove all dashboard? Does anybody know how to fix this problem? (Winter comes faster than I thought :D)

Hi, Welcome to the FF.

Try the reset procedure first.

  1. Switch the ignition on.
  2. Press and hold the "AUTO" and "MONO" buttons at the same time.
  3. When the number on the left of the display counts down to "0", release the buttons.
  4. When the noise from the heater stops, switch the ignition off.
.

I tried but it didn't helped, I heard sound when valves opens/closes, and after that I spoke with master from fiat service, and he told me that main valve where cold and hot air are mixed can work not correctly, but when he told cost of official service in our country...:bang: (only work can cost 1/3 market value of my car...). Does anyone know how I can reach that main valve of heater and how remove dashboard without breaking something... :)
