Can any one help. I have had two different cdc connected up now and on both occassions all it says after entering codes is 'check disc'. Surely i havent been and bought two with the same problem. Any ideas.

The IDC-A09 CD changers were notoriously unreliable.

You said in the radio code thread that the first one wouldn't load CDs, now this one says "Check Disc". I suspect they are the same problem. Did you try the repair information I pointed you towards for the first one.
