Can I use it in my Stilo jtd 115hp, 2003?
Or something bad can happen?
I drive slowly.

No one ever tried 5w30 oil in their JTD car?

cannot say here as ive always used fully synth 0-40 in mine with a engine flush every 2nd change.
My old gal has 160,000miles and doesnt burn a drop so i must be doing something right.
