Technical can anyone identify this noise

Sound quality and wind noise made it tough but, either pad dragging bit or maybe splash guard contacting the rotor? Doesn't sound a lot like a failing wheel bearing.

Thanks for that yes i do think the rear brakes are dragging myself as thats what i could hear clearer than rest ive bent the metal guard back a bit with no noticable change also. I do apologise for the quality only had phone to record it with
 
Does it feel as if the bearings are grinding if you turn the brake rotor by hand? I guess it would feel a bit gritty or something similar.
 
Had the same noise after discs and brakes being changed and it was the splash guard rubbing on the rota.

Does not seem to be splash guard. Pulled the caliper and carrier off and turned disc it sounds like something behind disc is catching but could not get disc off yesterday (one of the bolts holding it on is rounded off so ill have to get the pilers out to turn it) to check.
