ive just bought a fiat stilo 1.9 jtd

and some idiot has done something weird to the car:
when i spray the windscreen the back window wiper comes on.....
and when i spray the back window the front wipers come on...

anyone know how to help

strange, i would try to find out which relay is used on the wipers, and see if its been put on the wrong way round. Im not sure which relay is used but sure someone will come along soon who knows.

Swapping relays around would not do that.
The problem is most likely that the whole stalk assembly is starting to fail. get a replacement one.

done it...some idiot put the pipes on wrong way round...not on the pump but up the top...plus the pump was failing so got a new pump from scrappy......all sorted
