Well, I've now tried everything (double click on the fob, two turns of the key) but still no deadlocks. Either the mechanism is broken or the feature is not fitted. Odd if the latter. The auto window lowering works fine if you keep your finger on the fob's unlock button

Try manually activating the deadlocks with the key in the door, turn it twice in quick succession in the same direction to activate the deadlocks iirc.

Should again head them firing twice, I'd be surprised if you haven't got them, but then again knowing Fiat anything is possible.
