recently clutch pedal became really stiff to press down... went into gear fine just felt really hard... then one day went back to normal ( biting point is really low and has always crunched when putting into reverse gear and once in a blue moon might be abit rocky/vibraty when setting off in 1st.

well today its was extremely violent almost like i was kangarooing so heres my question...

so should i just get a new clutch kit , pressure plate etc and change the flywheel as well and touch wood should cure my setting off vibration, low biting point and crunching into reverse?

sound more like the clutch needs a bleed, if it went strange then ok it could be that the fluid is low and air is getting into the system. If there is air in the system the release bearing wont move enough and it will be difficult to engage gears.
Check your brake fluid level then bleed the clutch and hopefully that will solve your problem
