Doing searches and finding loads of threads but nothing that actually seems to have a successfully working tool to bypass the ocs, since I paid £200 for the stilo and there not worth a massive amount I don't really want to start buying a new ocs, ive had similar on my old bmw and was a simple resistor to fool it into thinking somones always sitting in the seat I know the fiat is a little more complex but surely theres something someones made for it?

I believe there are kits available online to buy and fit to bypass it. Worth having a look

Ive seen them but thought someone may have worked out how to make one a lot cheaper

Nope, not to the best of my knowledge, better getting the proper thing that's had money invested in its development than a 5 pence resistor that could cost you or a loved one their life.
