hi guys - hope someone can help

I have 1.4 stilo - decided to swap over the mirrors to full electric M3 style

the mirror I have put on is only working in one direction - when pushing the direction button on the door there is a click coming from mirror so power is getting there??

any one had any problems before ? or am I missing something?
