Hi guys snd gals. I hsve a stilo and i'm trying to get the hub nut off. Do i have to have a dpecial sovket to remove the hun muy. I'm changing the clutch and i dont want to have to go through the taking all the caliper anf strut out as its my girsr clhtch ive done. Could you help me please i'll give ya all a big hug if i see ya. Thanks folks

Hi, Welcome to the FF.

You will need a 36mm socket with the sides ground off enough for it to fit in the hub flange. Unstake the nut before undoing it and use a new nut when you replace it. The nut is very tight, so you will probably also need a very long extention bar to undo it.

Retighten the new nut to 7 daNm + 62º then stake both sides of it the same direction as the old one.

I didn't need to grind socket to get hub nut off. 3/4" drive.
