Hello
I have a 1.9 multijet diesel 120 sport,2006, and at around 1500rpm it seems to misfire but being a diesel it can't. I have cleaned the egr valve so don't think its that. Any ideas ???

not aware of anything specific for your car but theres a known issue with bad connections in the injector plug.
read a few threads in google for Vectra cdti no 3 injector and see if any of the descriptions seem like your issue.
if you don't have any I would pick up a can of electrical contact cleaner and with the engine off remove each injector plug in turn, spray into the injector plug and also into the loom part of plug push plugs in and out a couple of times to clean up contacts and spray again let dry then reconnect.
also a good injector cleaner in the tank is money well spent as preventative maintenance anyway.
is there anyone local to you with software to read ecu date like fes/mes as this would help diagnose issue and specifically on injector correction data.
whats it like like it starts and first catches ?lumpy or nice and smooth.

if it does turn out to be plug connectors if they are the same design there is a Vauxhall kit that gets soldered in the loom to replace original connectors inside plug around £16 odd on last report.
