Hi guys im new to this site and ive just brought a stilo abarth selespeed and im having a few problems

The main issue is my gear box it selects firts and second fine but to get 3rd I have to be doing 6000rpm and the same for 4th

Gearbox is flagging up fault code
P1770 no accelearator pedal Info
This code was found using my friends snap on ethos diagnoatics any ideas what this could be

Next problem is engine management light is on and the fault codes im getting from there are as folllows

P0032 passenger occupancy sensor internal error

P001A air bag fail warning lamp

P0443 purge valve

P1654 manifold valve

P1653 camshaft control relay

P0135 o2 sensor heater circuit

P0141 02 sensor heater circuit

If anyone could give me any advice on thesse it would be much appreciated

Greetings Mr/Mrs or Miss whatever Woody..as I own a jtd stilo can only advise on your air bags codes ,which seem to relate to the passenger seat as the code suggests, a relatively common code, what some folk do if it is the actual sensor in the seat cushion is plug in an emulator to by pass the fault, though it could well be just a bad connector under the seat it self, seat connector does causes problems for some along with glove box one if recal rightly, clearly the air bag light is showing on the dash to warn you of such a fault and will clear once the fault has been fixed ,I have put a link below to give some info on the air bag connectors if you read the whole thread it may help you, or have an idea if it is the sensor it the seat that is at fault. It is known that folk actually replace the under seat connectors or solder them up.

Obviously when Playing about with air bag connectors it is good practice to disconnect the car battery for 30 mins before investigating any air bag faults, else woody wood pecker may find it not a shot gun blast ye be getting..good luck

Regarding your other fault codes do they re-appear once deleted, just so you know that they are not old stored codes, which may assist anyone one else when it comes to them giving you any advice, if you have not tried deleting them then it would be good idea to make a note of them first before deleting.

with a lot of faults in alist like that its worth checking battery condition and voltage as ive read a few with low voltage throwing up spurious faults.

Cleared the fault codes and they all re appeared
Will check battery voltage in a moment and let you know if it good or not

Right just checked battery its perfect

Any further ideas?
