Why do these things present themselves after buying four new tyres?

Just wondering how successful others have been with sorting out cracks in their alloys? Any tips or recommendations?

If mine, I'd scrap it. Alloy hardens when worked, e.g. when hit hard enough to crack it. Welding the crack might work, but will cause balance issues.

Sorry, but the only safe solution is probably an expensive one.

:yeahthat: it's just not worth repairing IMO you can pick up really good second hand ones off eBay for the same price as getting this one repaired plus you don't have to worry about it failing overtime
