Anyone know which type is the throttle body plug on the 1.6? i keep cleaning the plug and very often i get the failed engine and in safe mode from bad contacts. I want to change the plug. im sure fiat doesnt sell it but anyone know eactly what type is this plug to buy it stand alone.?

you can cut a connector from a scrappy car and solder it to your wiring loom but chances are high you have a contact problem inside the throttle body - the the flexible resistor film tends to wear out and this part isn't for sale seperately....

if the problem was internal though why would it be solved whenever i cleaned it with contact cleaner? it seems its a mix of dirty contacts + worn connectors so that the contacts dont have good connection. Do we know what plug type it is though?
