Alright chaps. Right, an issue has cropped up involving the old girl. Just recently, my car has started to roar and churn during acceleration, yet in reverse and neutral it's whisper quiet. Even if I rev the engine in neutral, it revs nicely and there's no roar. Yet as soon as I add a bit of throttle in any gear, it starts to scream like crazy. Any suggestions of what it could be? Wheel bearing, manifold, CV joints, gearbox, anything like that? Cheers people

Likely clutch or possible gearbox problem I'd say.
