Can this be done, is it fitted over the existing boot lip?

Thanks

Lee H

Not really matey, as that looks like an aftermarket spoiler and I'm wanting to fit a dynamic/abarth one. I don't know if it attaches over the current boot lip or whether its integral on the dynamic and abarth?

or Is it like the old bravos where it was bolted through the glass??

thanks

morning Lee

i have been thinking about using one from an abarth like you, i was just gonna buy on an find out how it fits, from an ebay ad i saw it looked like 2/4 bolts 1 or two either side. my booot lid on current doesnt have an holes! i think the guide maybe for an aftermarket spolier. its finding one the same colour saves painting then!

Morning Paul.

Sounds like your in the same boat as me, although I think I may have just located one the right colour for mine.
Like you say, I'm guessing it bolts in through the existing boot lip, which is similar to the bravo but that bolted through the glass.
With this i just pulled the bolts off and tiger sealed it on and its never budged. So depedning on the weight I may just do the same with my Stilo as dont really fancy taking a drill to her.
If and when I get to it matey, I'll make sure I post it up on here for people to see as no one really seems to no about retrofitting a stock spoiler.

All the best.

Gutted Paul, It turned out the one I had line up was Steel Grey and not Sassi Grey.

I'm sure i've seen an Abarth similar colour to yours being broken on eBay, if you type in "breaking fiat stilo" you should find it.

All the best.
