Hi all i have started to take apart my stilo today and i just need some advice on do's and dont's and i would i like to get some more performance i have already ported and polished the throttle body which i also plan to do to the actual manifold and i plan to get the head and valves professionally ported and polished (depending on cost that is) is there any easy cheap performance mods ? i am attaching pictures below any help would be much appreciated cheers

Well i have about 6 months until i get insured again so really over that period about a grand or so maybe a little more but i plan on doing most of the work myself so its just parts other than a few bits and bobs

i was going to suggest a set of cams but a good set are like 700EUR so thats most of your budget gone, cone/panel filter will free up a bit of low down torque in the 1.6, a custom catback will probably free up a little more as for big gain mods unfortunately your budget is kind of the limiting factor, theres not a whole lot of stuff available for the 1.6 but you'd be into cams and remaps for +20BHP gains

Anyone know anything about powerflux bushes ?

powerflex?... yeah, they dont list a kit on their site for the Stilo

I saw sonething about the punto grande bushes being the same as the stilo

If theyre anything like the Nuovo Bravo iirc the front wishbones and ARB are different. ..

Ive been meaning to email them to ask them because im interested but ive never gotten round to it
