clutch or cyclinder need help

was stuck in traffic yesterday went to pull off and pedal went to floor you can pick it up and put it down but car wont move but if you put it in gear it moves an inch but the dash goes off and clicks

coiuld this be the slave cylinder and my brake foluid is on inimum let me know guys please need car cheers

Yes it most probably is. If you look underneath where the gearbox meets the engine you'll probably find dribbles of clutch fluid. Time for a new clutch and slave. Chances are when the slave went it threw brakefluid onto the clutch assembly I personally wouldnt want to risk not changing it

I had same thing not long ago it was the slave cylinder push rod had snapped. turns out its made of plastic. check the slave cylinder mine had a gap between it and the gearbox where the push rod was missing. i replaced mine with one off of a mk2 punto i found in the scrappers as it is the same part. either that or check for a hydraulic leak between master and slave.
