Hi can anyone shed any light on why I am only getting a very small amount of cold air from my blowers fan works on 1/2/3 speeds its ok when you turn it to hot but not back to cold car not using any water or over heating air con does not work but should it still blow some cold air

Possibly the hot/cold air mixing flap sticking.

take your Pollen filter out , that could be quite blocked , Mine when i got it was blowing verry week , took it out and now it works quite well

That's what I thought originally, but OP says "its ok when you turn it to hot" .

Blocked pollen filter would block both hot and cold air.

Hi thanks for all the help it was the pollen filter blocked up once out, air was blowing no problem air con not working so should I put new filter in or leave it out.

If you don't put a new one in, then in future all the crud that was blocking the old one will get into the fan, control flaps and interior of the car.
