They are previous part numbers for 735532274 as shown in
ePER, the Fiat parts catalogue.
Part numbers are changed for various reasons including a better and/or less expensive design, a different manufacturer (e.g. 2 different part numbers could be for the same design of switch but one made by Magneti Marelli and one by Bosch).
Reasons given for the part number changes in my previous post include; "Adaption to Standard", meaning that one design can be used for several applications, and "Switch with built in Spiral Cable" meaning that later switches were only supplied with the clockspring attached. (earlier switches were supplied without the clockspring).
I think it stands to reason that if a later part number can be used to replace an early one, they must be interchangeable. Therefore, any of the earlier numbers shown for your part number should be suitable for your car.
Of course, whoever you got the part number from, may have already gone through all the part number changes to get to 735532274. If you want to PM me your VIN, I'll look up the original part number shown for the switch for your car.
