we have a fiat stilo 1.9 2006 recently our boot keeps opening by itself with the warning light coming on then today the right handside back door will not lock, does anyone know what the problem is. many thanks

with these sorts of gremlins your best to remove the battery overnight to reset the ecu, this fixes most thing like this.

my tailgate was the same recently, kept opening, but my dash cluster had died so sent of for repair and whilst it was away i dried the tailgate switch out, it was damp (alot of rain think forced its way into the switch) and now its perfect again
