Hi all, was thinking to lower my 5dr stilo as I dont like how high the back of the car is. Was thinking to get Pi lowering springs 35mm, as it would be a cheap upgrade as only a spring change would be needed. Would anyone have any suggestions or anybody selling any lowering springs at the moment? Thanks

:D I want to do it it, just wondering if the 35mm would look ok , would it make the car lower at eaven level

One way to find out... Buy them quick!
I think my cinq was lowered 30mm and made a big difference. they are usually stiffer progressive springs as well as bring lower/shorter.

Thats going to be my nest purchase. Im also looking to find out what size diameter is the exhaust pipe? As got a back box for free and same time my original muffler desided to have some rusty holes. Wanted to order a connection pipe but need to know the size before I can do it.

yup.... lol :D, did you see my last wagon? if you haven't i will put some up :)

I saw the one in your MM thread. It looks standard height.

We must have higher speed humps in London, the front splitter came off of my MW within a few months of buying the car.

I fitted 4 new standard springs. Now it just about clears most of the humps in London, but it still bottoms out on the unpaved roads when I go to Greece, and in the pot holes when I go to Romania in it.

ah.... na i dropped it 50mm, and it use to rub the splitter and mudflaps going in my drive, but to be honest, i am quite careful, i have always run low cars, and i dont use it everyday, i have a picasso for daily duties lol

I will keep to 35mm for my stilo as the price is not that bad. Just want to make it look better. Any ideas on exhaust pipe diameter?

Anyone can help me with the size of the exhaust pipe on stilo 1.2 its at the connection point with muffler/silencer ?

Also was thinking to add a rear spoiler and just wondering there is any cheap ones or on ebah that I could fit easily on my 5dr ?

Long work hours and coming back from work in a dark would not help to get the mesurment. But never mind got it now.
Any advice on Pi lowering springs are they any good? Do they allow the car to drop equally?

I fitted the Pi springs to my 3dr JTD together with Excel KYB gas shocks. It sits well and I have to say that it transformed the handling, albeit the ride can be a little bumpy on a poorly surfaced road.

When you order something, make sure you order what is specified for your car. ;)

Say this when you order:
"I have a Fiat Stilo from [YEAR], it has [X] doors, and [1.X] litre [FUEL TYPE] engine. I want [XX] mm lowering springs, manufactured by [BRAND] for this car." (y)
