Hi, I'm new to fiats (only had my Stilo about 2 weeks) but I've read they are prone to ECU faults.

Last night I was driving home from ASDA and about 5 mins down the road all hell broke lose on my dash, ASR failure, ABS failure, I think it said EBDor EBU failure enignine warming light came on, the works.I pulled over turned the engine off, left it for 30 seconds and turned it back on.

All warning had gone. Drove the rest of the way home (about 5/10 mins) no warning came back on.

Could this be the ECU? If not any suggestions?

Dodgy battery or faulty abs sensor. Get it plugged into multiscan . I would go for abs sensor. All easy to fix and cheap too.

Look up "dracco121 Stilo " on youtube I have made a vid that might fix all these problems and shouldn't cost you anything , mine was doing the same things all hell had broken loose the car is 100 % know .I cant post you the link as I just joined the thread to share this info with you guys .

Does this warning come on when you use the brake or randomly? Could be the brake pedal sensor

Its only happend that one time, but it was as if every fault known to man was instantly wrong with my car, then 30 seconds later they were all gone. Which made me think is was a communication issue.
