I bought an emulator from ebay it worked for about a year and it stopped. airbag failure again. contacted the seller and he replaced it as it was still under wrty. worked for another 3 days and it stopped again. the seller asked me what is the voltage supply and when I checked it, it read 2.6v on the yellow/blue wire. seller told me that it should read 12v and the problem is from the wiring of my car. Is it true that it should read 12v?
I connected a 12v battery together with the read and brown wire for the emulator but the airbag failure was still there.

Can you please confirm that the correct voltage that it should read? I am still thinking that the emulator is faulty.
