Hello

I have replaced my plastic boot trim and although everything is in place and tight there's a gap at each end of the trim, it doesn't sit flat to the carpet bit.
Have I fitted this right (although it's just 4 screws and 2 clips)? Could someone has a look at theirs and let me know please? I know this is a strange request but I am strange!!! :D

Thanks

Phil

Well i've re-fitted it and its the same. The base of the trim is sat on the metal part of the spare wheel compartment. Also the bend at the top is against the bend of the carpet so it can't go further down or towards the rubber trim. I'll leave it now as i'll end up breaking the clips!

Another strange question, I must be developing OCD or something :) I have noticed a bump in the plastic above the left air vent of the 2 vents in the centre of the dash.

I've never noticed it before, is anybody else's like this? Rest of it is smooth just seems strange!

Roughly where I have circled it, right on the lip bit.

Mines all smooth, but I've seen the odd one where it isn't, looks a nightmare to sort, if it is sortable that is.

I've nearly flattened the bump, it looks better. I used the tip of a pair of pliers and pushed down gently on the bump. It's alot better now although i don't want to push my luck and break something.

As you can tell from my posts, i like things to be right and proper! (y)
