IF you wanna check the injectors out before getting the codes read then thats fine. the resistance across the pins should be around 16ohms iirc. im not sure i've ever heard of a injector going down on a stilo... they seem pretty robust (compared to coilpacks, throttle valves and ECUs).
Something as simple as a worn spark plug could be causing your issue though... do you know when you last changed the plugs? gap should be 0.7mm-0.9mm for NGKs.
my advise is still to try to get the codes read and report back though as its pretty easy to pinpoint the issue with a code. note down all of them (stored or current) clear them and see which ones come back after getting the fault to reoccur. chances are you'll have spurious ones like low fuel level and possibly lambda faults if you have misfiring issues but id be expecting to see 1 or more of the following:-
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
if you have injector issues you'd probably end up with a few of the following:-
P0200 Injector Circuit Malfunction
P0201 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 1
P0202 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 2
P0203 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 3
P0204 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 4
P0261 Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
P0262 Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit High
P0263 Cylinder 1 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0264 Cylinder 2 Injector Circuit Low
P0265 Cylinder 2 Injector Circuit High
P0266 Cylinder 2 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0267 Cylinder 3 Injector Circuit Low
P0268 Cylinder 3 Injector Circuit High
P0269 Cylinder 3 Contribution/Balance Fault
P0270 Cylinder 4 Injector Circuit Low
P0271 Cylinder 4 Injector Circuit High
P0272 Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
possibly a few others... as you can see theres all sorts of avenues to explore and this isnt even a full list of what potentially cause a misfire... codes are much easier to accurately diagnose
