hi all I have a 1.8 stilo dynamic, I had a timing belt snap on me. I decided I would do the work myself after a few quid spent its all in one piece again and timing is set. the problem I am having is the tensioner seems to have a lot of movement in it when turning over by hand. after spending around £300 on valves, gasket kits ect I don't want to risk turning the engine over to undo all the work, is there a way to tighten the pulley or am I missing something really obv? all help will be very appreciated. cheers (y)

Assume you've set the adjustable tensioner correctly?

It's sprung loaded but needs to be set as in these instructions.
