Just bought a stilo with the sky roof but will not open with the switch nor with doing it manually.

The curtain that covers the window doesnt seem to work and its all the way back. no clicking from the switch or motor.

is they a fuse for the rear motor for the curtain?

Fuse F45 is for the curtain motor, F46 is for the roof motor. Both fuses are in the dashboard fuse box.

However, if the roof won't open with the emergency key located inside the front interior light, your problem is more likely to be mechanical than electrical.
