right guys since theres not alot of stuff in here i thought id ask

whats the best bhp figure to get out a a jtd engine , eg bigger Turbo , FMIC , remap , Full exhaust blah blah , and yes i plan on doing most of this

how does 230hp and 475nm sound?
have a read of this guys thread, I think hes done all can be done on the 8v jtd.(road car, anyway)

not sure what his last figures were as he was having imobiliser issues but looking at his boost and fuel injection amounts its even higher than above figures.
I think he last had 1750bar rail pressure, 130mm3 IQ, 3300mbar boost
I bet its cost him more than car price in parts etc.

with decatted exhaust, larger turbo, fmic, 3 bar map sensor ,larger maf, 1800bar fuel pressure sensor, brakes and suspension upgrades to match and a good remap (and clutch probably) youd be looking at 170-190hp reliably.
turn everything up to max 200+ but will last how long?
water methanol another+10=15hp
then high pressure pump, cams, injectors, 4 bar map sensor cylinder head porting /valves, flywheel, gearbox strengthening / diff upgrade and then you might get the extra

yep good link there ,good guy on alfaforum , you can get turbo, clutch, fmic,egr blanks and decat stuff all there(or at least get an idea of cost of it all)
