Hello folks,

New to this forum with a big problem on ECU (IAW5NFT9). I've disassembled this and done a re-balling on BGA chip. On desoldering the pins on "motherboard" I managed to "destroy" pin 24 connection on motherboard... so I need some wiring diagram of this ECU.
After some research found that pin 24 is "Timing sensor signal" - i guess this is why the car didn't start.
Anyone got any diagram for this ECU, I want to make a direct connections between pin24 and motherboard (direct on the circuit)

I have some photos but I'm new here and I don't have permission yet...

Back from studying elearn electric schematics... can't find any diagram with ECU motherboard wiring diagram.
Still waiting for some miracles to that scheme...

All connected pins are mentioned in the schematic diagram of the ecu and also in the description of the fuel injection....
You won't find a schematic of the electronics on the circuit board of the ecu itself...

True, I've spent a week on google without any result. Finally yesterday I decided to buy a new one, today arrived and just installed (plug & play). I got a new car folks!!! It's so good to be back in my old stilo:slayer: .
