Has anyone got a pic to show me where the intake temp sensor is located on a stilo 2.4 manual, and is it much of a job to change it ( £££ and work ) thanks

The intake air temperature sensor is located in the air flow meter. The sensor is not replaceable seperately.

Have you tried liberally spraying the sensor with contact cleaner? What are the symptoms? These are generally pretty reliable, but sometimes get dirty and need a clean...

I've looked at a stilo abarth, and the guy selling said he been for a diagnostic check cos eml was on and it said air intake temp sensor was shot, they quoted about £18 and he ordered the sensor, so just trying to find out a little more about it, he also said the eml was reset and hasn't come back on yet, does this sound plausible to people on here. I've been down the German forced induction route for the last 5 years or so, so no idea about prices now, I know every job on my bravo hgt's was a pig to do though, but that engine was bigger than the hole it sat in

Yes I didn't think 260 would be possible with just a remap, I'm not interested in it because of the "claimed" bhp, I've been looking for one for a while now and I'm heading to Plymouth soon and will have a look while I'm there, unless it sells before then. Thanx for the link too
