The alarm mode country settings are only for the alarm. Indicators flashing when using the remote control can be switched on with FiatECUScan as you say. I believe you need the car's electronic security code to do it.

yeah kinda thought that 
now all i need to do is get the car to spit its code out at me or get a locksmiths to read the key or find a 'st-ealer' to do it for free

hi all. Tried the radio signal strength test and it is only coming up as 0.2v is this why I cannot get any radio stations and if so how can I boost the signal?
