Help require.

My 1.8 Stilo Sporting, with cruise control (06 Plate) stalls when dropping from high revs, have had a reliable mechanic have a look at it, and have been told the Air Idle control valve doesn't react fast enough all the time (sticks) and may stall sometimes before it opens. When driving under normal conditions this isn't a problem but would be good to know that if i had to go from higher revs (About 3000 up) to stop that it would not stall. Have checked the control valve and it is clean.
So I need to source a second hand Air idle control valve tried two local fiat breakers but no luck so far, anyone got any recomendations, or know where i can source one from?
