Need help asap.. I simply drove the car up, closer to the house to give her a wash without any problems. After I finished, wanting to move her back; I stuck her into reverse, drove back about a foot and suddenly both front wheels locked up :S?! I then drove her forwards about 2 feet and again, wheels lock up.

Every thing seems fine... for once there isn't a warning light.. there isn't any unusual noises, I can't feel anything through the clutch or brakes :S.

She was totally fine before I washed her.

Any Idea, pretty please.

Literally just stick it in reverse drive it back.. so off the brakes, clutch up.. I get to move about a foot and bam the wheels lock up.

stick it in first, drive forwards.. so off brakes and clutch up, move past the distance i made in reverse and onto about another foot forward and bam again.. no signs of anything suspicious while actually moving. Its as if I was pulling up the handbrake but for the front wheels.

Have you checked underneath for anything locking the wheel?

There's nothing that could lock the wheels but brakes. Anything else would have an elastic feel, not literally locking the wheels. Put it in reverse and wait for it to lock itself then check for snapped springs or anything directly in the way of the wheels.

I've jacked up the wheels.. given them a spin and totally fine.. popped her back down, reversed and all is well. I am completely confused :S. Taken her for a short drive and nothing.

Thanks for the help btw
