Hello m8s ;) First sorry for my bad English.... ;)
As i've allready asked my question in my country fiat forum i wanted to ask also here cose it's a strange problem.
I have a 02 stilo 3 doors 233 000km...since 3 years now...was 170 000km when i bought it...there was no problem at all with the car since last summer when it started preheating...After doing NOTHING but carefull driving it went to winter and all winter...and i had no problem then..no over heat..no nothing no matter how i drive...i thought it's cose the low temperatures outside...and i was right...This summer i have the same problem over heating again...
So to the problem:
when i drive slow in the city even stuck in traffic there is absolutely no problem...the temp guage stays in the middle and no any signs for moving...
When i drive out of the city...high way or anything where i can drive with more than 100km/h...it starts rising...and goes up to the tiny red light......it goes down when i release the gas pedal and start driving like a girl with 70-80-90...The problem is even bigger when the car is loaded with anything more than 100kg...
Today i checked with MEScan what temp it gets and checked if the fan is working...at fan test when car was stopped it worked fine...but when driving it turns on when the car has reached 108C...:bang::confused: No second fan speed no nothing...i was pumping it to 110C and was afraid to try more cose it was the second sign after the middle in the temp gauge...
Does anyone knows at what temp should the first fan speed be on...and the second...Is there a seconf fan speed at all...with MEScan i can't check it just not working...
If anyone could help ;) Sorry again for my bad english i'm not good in explanations...or writing in english at all :D

no it does not...there are no marks from oil or gas in the antifreeze tank also...for now i'm headed to radiator change and than probably thermostat change also...just wanted some more opinions...
Last summer i changed antifreeze 3 times...last time with good expensive one...from then I did not put anything more in the tank...

Hi. Check the hoses haven’t gone soft especially the bottom one, had this on one of my cars it looked O.K until the engine warmed up then it would collapse, the thermostat would also be worth checking.

Solved! I've changed the water radiator and everything is just fine now. The old one was just falling apart...it was leaking from two different places...and the "Radiator stop leak" sh*t that i used has done it's job by just blocking that places..they were all rusty and dirty and ugly...there is a photo of it...
