There's a small plastic panel in the back behind the center console.

To adjust it correctly, you need to loosen the nut then pump the brake pedal several times, then tighten the nut until the rear brakes are fully on when lifting the handbrake lever 5 notches.

The left handbrake cable is known to seize because it's routed close to the exhaust and has several bends in it.

Might be easier in the long run to replace the cables then adjust everything.
